In 1952 they built the house on North Maple Street in Eaton, Ohio just 2 doors south of Alva and Blanche. This is where they would live the rest of their lives. Jean worked at Westvaco (box factory) in Eaton for 17 years; otherwise she was a homemaker. Harold worked at Avco in Richmond and at N.C.R. National Cash Register and Chrysler both in Dayton his working life. Harold and Jean are avid fun lovers: dancing, fishing, Shriners (hillbillies in that organization!) and more. They travel a lot as daughter Ann and family live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas, and son Tim in Wichita, Kansas. Daughter Jeannette lived in nearby Farmersville but moved to Lake St. Mary in Celina to be near - what else - fishing! Son Steve lives in West Alexandria, following that family pattern. In addition to their four children, they also have 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
