RETIRED FARM RESIDENT DIES AT LOCAL HOMEIsaac R. Miller, 77 years old, prominent retired Darke county farmer, died at his late home at 800 Wayne avenue, Greenville, at 7 o'clock Wednesday morning. His death was adjudged due to a lung ailment from which he had been suffering for the past seven years. Mr. Miller was a native of Adams township, and for nearly 60 years of his life farmed in the Horatio vicinity. He retired from active work in 1916, and has lived in Greenville since that time. He was an active, devout member of the local Brethren church. He is survived by 33 members of his immediate family, including his wife, seven children, 23 grand-children, three great-grandchildren, and three brothers, Jacob R. Miller, Greenville, and Daniel R. Miller and John R. Miller, Greenville, R.R. The children are Charles Miller, Wabash, Indiana Earl Miller, Versailles R. R. Henry Miller, Bradford, R. R. William Miller, Dayton Mrs. Roy Hollinger, Versailles R. R. Miss Ella Miller, who lives at home, and Mrs. John Oliver, North Manchester, Ind. The Rev. David Hollinger and the Rev. Paul Wingerd will officiate at funeral services at the Greenville Brethren church, at 2 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be made in the Harris Creek cemetery.

Children to Divide Residue of Property
at Her Death-Short Codicil Files.
The widow and seven children of the late Isaac R. Miller, Greenville, who died on November 26th, 1930, will share his entire estate, according to the terms of a short will and codicil probated in county courts today. The will, drawn and signed on September 14, 1923, named Mrs. Miller as executrix of the estate, and also gave her a lifetime interest in all property, both real and personal. At her death, a son, Henry Miller, Bradford R. R. 4, is to be appointed estate executor, and the property is to be divided between the children. Two-thirds of the estate will be given to the following seven children, share and share alike; Charles C. Miller, Wabash, Ind.; Anna Hollinger, Versailles, R. R. 1; Ellen Miller, Greenville; Earl Miller, Versailles, R. R. 2; Henry Miller, Bradford R. R. 4; William Miller, Dayton, and Mary Miller, Greenville. The children, with the exception of Charles C. Miller, will also divide the other one-third of the estate in equal shares. The codicil which was dated November 19, 1926, made but minor changes in the original testament. At the death of Mrs. Miller two sons, Earl and Henry Miller are to serve as joint estate executors instead of the one son. [the remainder is unreadable]
