JACOB M. MILLER OF BUCKLEY DIESJacob M. Miller, 80, of Buckley, died at 7:50 a.m. Tuesday in a Kankakee hospital, where he had been a patient for several months after suffering a stroke. The body was brought back to Kelly Memorial Home in Buckley, and arrangements for services are to be completed. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery near Buckley. Born Sept. 6, 1877, at Gettysburg, Ohio, Mr. Miller was one of seventeen children of Moses and Susanna Mourie Miller. He had lived in Iroquois County since 1900. On Dec. 11, 1902, he was married to Ella Walker. Mr. Miller was a retired employee of the Illinois Central Railroad. He leaves his widow, two sons, Harley, Kankakee, and Earl, Onarga; two granddaughters, and three great-grandchildren. He also leaves five sisters, Mrs. Lydia Suderman, Pasadena, Calif.; Mrs. Susan Miller, Los Angeles; Mrs. Amanda Miller, Versailles, Ohio; Mrs. Lizzie Lair, Granville, Ohio; and Mrs. Chettie Bailey [sic], Nappanee, Ind.
