Cordinette V. Lavy August 12, 1938 - July 4, 2009 Cordinette V. Lavy, age 70, of Litchfield, Ohio went to her heavenly home on Saturday, July 4, 2009 at her home. She was born August 12, 1938 in Oberlin, Ohio to Clifford and Hester Wynn. Cordinette moved to Elyria in 1958 and to Litchfield in 1969. She was a devoted wife and mother. Cordinette was a member of the Women's Aglow Christian Organization. She had attended various Assembly of God churches in Elyria, North Olmsted, Wellington and Litchfield. Also the Cornerstone Church in Medina, and Life Spring Community Church in Valley City. Survived by her husband- Glen, married July 9, 1960. Son- Clifford Lavy, of Palm Springs, CA. Preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Service- Weds. 11:30 a.m. at the Bauer Funeral Home 2089 Columbia Road Valley City, OH Pastor Chris Dyer, officiating.. Burial- Litchfield Township Cemetery, Litchfield, OH. Calling hours- Tuesday 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
