G6 Jacob Bashore Miller, born December 2, 1867 Adams Township, Darke County, Ohio, died December 17, 1925 near Bradford, Ohio, married September 1, 1888, Darke County, Ohio by Elder Isaac Frantz, to Elmira A. Rhodehefer, daughter of John Rhodehefer and Sarah Gilbert, born Mar 28, 1865 Montgomery County, Ohio, died July 7, 1936 near Bradford, Ohio.
Miller, Jacob B., son of Joseph and Anna Bashore Miller, was born Dec. 2, 1867, and died in the bounds of the Harris Creek church near Bradford, Dec. 17, 1925. He was elected to the deacon's office in Chicago in 1916. He was well known to a large circle of friends, having traveled by auto both in the East and to the West coast; prior to his last sickness he spent some time in Florida. He leaves his wife, one daughter, five grandchildren and three sisters. Services by the writer.-D. G. Berkebile, Bradford, Ohio.
- The Gospel Messenger, March 13, 1926, p. 174Miller, Sister Elmira, daughter of John and Sarah Rhodeheffer, was born in Montgomery Country, Ohio, March 28, 1865, and died at the home of her daughter near Bradford, Ohio, July 7, 1936. She was married to Jacob Miller on Sept. 2, 1888. She was a widow for ten years and blind for more than seven years. She with her companion traveled extensively and made many friends.
