KINDLE.-In the Painter Creek church, Ohio, Aug. 8, 1891, sister Anna Cassie Kindle, aged 27 years, 6 months and 15 days.

Sister Kindle was a daughter of David and Hettie Warner. She was born Jan. 23, 1864, and was united in marriage with J. H. Kindle, Dec. 3, 1882. There were born unto them six children, of whom five are yet living. She was a member of the Brethren church for about fifteen years, and died with consumption. She left father, mother, husband, five children, two brothers and two sisters to mourn their loss. We believe all who have learned to know sister Kindle can say that, since she became a member of the church, she has tried to live a devoted and consistent Christian life. After long suffering, the cold messenger of death called, and she sank peacefully to rest. The burial took place on Monday forenoon, Aug. 10, from the Covington church. The last sad rites were witnessed by a large concourse of friends and neighbors. Funeral services were conducted by brethren I. J. Rosenberger, Isaac Frantz and Tobias Krider [sic, Kreider]. Interment in the Covington cemetery. J. G. Porter.
