AGED LABORER
DIES AT HOSPITAL
AT MIDNIGHT

Sixty-eight-Year-Old Greenville Laborer Succumbs From Effects of Abdominal Operation - Had Been in Failing Haelth for Extended Period.

Following an extended illness from kidney trouble, Riley Miller, 68, Greenville laborer, died at midnight Wednesday at the city hospital. Mr. Miller underwent an abdominal operation last October, and since that time his decline was rapid.

Two weeks ago he was removed to the city hospital for treatment, but his advanced age was too great a handicap to physicans in a fight for life. Mr. Miller is survived by two children, Mrs. Bertha Stein, Burkettsville, and Ed Miller, Greenville.

The remains were removed to the C. J. Miller and Son funeral parlors, but up until a late hour Thursday no arrangements had been completed for services.
