G3 Elizabeth Miller, born in June 1851 in Randolph Township, Montgomery County, Ohio, died July 5, 1938, married September 6, 1878, Miami County, Indiana, David B. Wolf, son of John Wolf and Susannah Billheimer, born in June 14, 1851 Madison Township, Montgomery County, Ohio, died September 19, 1911 Peru, Indiana. Daniel was elected to the ministry and ordained an elder in March of 1888 in the Church of the Brethren. They are buried Sharpee Cemetery in Miami County.


Wolf, Eld. David B., son of John Wolf, deceased, born in Washington County, Ohio, June 14, 1851, died at Peru, Ind., Sept. 19, 1911, aged 60 years, 3 months and 5 days. At the age of two years, he moved with his parents to Miami County, Indiana, where he has been a continual resident. He was united in marriage to Barbara Arnold April 4, 1872. To this union were born two sons and one daughter. The daughter and her mother preceded him in 1878. Eld. Wolf was married to Elizabeth Miller Oct. 6, 1878. To this union were born seven children. Two of these children died in infancy. Bro. Wolf accepted Christ in his early youth, and united with the Church of the Brethren at the age of seventeen. In 1878 he was called to the deacon's office. In September 1879, he was called to the ministry, in 1883 he was advanced to the second degree of the ministry, and in March, 1888, he was ordained to the eldership. In 1895 he was called to take the oversight of the Santa Fe church, where he has been a life-long member. Bro. Wolf won the confidence of all in the county where he so long resided. He was an obliging and indulgent neighbor. He leaves a wife, seven children and a sister. He had many relatives and friends. Services at the home, in the presence of a large congregation, by the writer. Text, 2 Tim. 4: 7. Interment in the Mount Hope cemetery, west of Peru.-Jos. L. Mahon, R.D. 27, Van Buren, Ind.

Note errors: His parents were married in Montgomery County, Ohio in 1847 and were there enumerated in 1850 living in Madison Township.
His marriage to Elizabeth is recorded in Miami County in September rather than October.
Burial in Sharpee Cemetery also known as Charpie, Egypt Hill and Mount Hope.
