She apparently had a sense of humor when it came to the census taker. She was enumerated living two families away from her parents, with Ogden and Nancy Meeker in 1850, age 40, born in Maryland, cannot read or write; in 1860 with her widowed mother, age 60, born in Maryland; in 1870 with her younger sister Sarah, age 87, born in Ohio; all in Sycamore Township, Hamilton County, Ohio. In this last year she reported that she had cash funds of $1,400, but owned no real estate. It is likely that she was buried in the Shuff-Myers Cemetery, her marker no longer found.
Will recorded in Hamilton County, Ohio.
