Arbey R. McMillen, age 75, of Rt. 3, Plain City, Ohio, Thursday, Marysville Hospital. Member of Peebles Methodist Church. Survived by wife, Blanche; son, Vincent; 4 grandchildren; brothers, F. H. McMillen, Hilliard; S. S. McMillen, of Seaman, Ohio. Family will receive firends at the FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 202 E. Main St., Plain City, 7-9 p.m. Friday, 4-9 p.m. Saturday, where services will be held 3:30 Sunday, Rev. Michael Williams officiating, Interment, Forest Grove Cemetery by Charles J. Ferguson.
