Betty Elizabeth Slane, age 60, of 310 Midland Ave., Friday, Mt. Carmel Medical Center. Formerly associated with Addresso-graph-Multigraph. Recently employed by the State of Ohio. Member St. Aloysius Catholic Church, where she was President of the Parish Council, Representative to the West Side Vicariate and Lector; Member of Christian Mothers and Women's Guild. Preceded in death by her husband, Elmer. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Susan Slane; daughter and son-in-law Sharon and Bill Earhart; grandsons, Brian William and Kevin Patrick Earhart and Adam Joseph Slane, born August 1, 1980; brothers, Frank, Paul and Charles Preidis, all of Columbus; sisters, Polly Whitehead, Santa Barbara, Calif. and Beatrice Moody of Long Beach, Calif.

Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS, 2693 W. Broad St. Monday 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Wednesday St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 2165 W. Broad St. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Wake service 8 p.m. Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions may be made to the Heart Fund.
