David Miller and Abraham Miller, administrators of P. Jacob Miller's estate conveyed for one dollar 200 acres of a larger survey of 1800 acres on the waters of Obanion's Creek to Daniel Ullery of Somerset County, Pennsylvania on September 22, 1809, adjoining lands of Jacob Creamer and Andrew Neyfong. Warren County Deed Book 2, p. 445
In various deeds ranging from January 2, 1826 to February 21, 1829, the heirs of Daniel Ulrey, dec'd sold this tract described as the NE 1/4 of section 28, town 5 to Clark Hatfield who in 1830 was enumerated in Turtle Creek Township, Warren County. Ten children are identified, their order of birth not established. One further child, Sarah, is possible judged on marriage records of Warren County, this appearing to be the only Ulrey family living there is the early nineteenth century.

E2 David Ulrey, born ca. 1794 Kentucky, died July 9, 1879 Rising Sun, Ohio County, Indiana, married May 2, 1816 Warren County, Ohio, Phebe Post, born November 3, 1796 New Jersey, died August 1, 1869 Rising Sun, Indiana. They signed a deed on July 1, 1826. They are buried Union Cemetery in Ohio County.
E3 Joanna Ulrey, born November 22, 1798 Ohio, died March 27, 1875 Sycamore Township, Hamilton County, Ohio, married David Buxton born February 28, 1795, died April 16, 1880 Sycamore Township, Hamilton County, Ohio. They signed a deed on September 14, 1826. They are buried Sycamore Township Memorial Cemetery in Kenwood, Ohio.
E4 Sarah Ulrey, born September 19, 1799 Ohio, died November 15, 1883 Wyaconda Township, Davis County, Iowa, married first, March 21, 1816, Warren County, Ohio, James Hutchison, born ca. 1784 Pennsylvania, drowned ca. 1824 in the Ohio River, son of Joseph Hutchison and Keziah Riffet, married second, April 24, 1836 Shelby County, Indiana, James Keith Sleeth, born April 8, 1800 Harrison County, Virginia, [now Lewis County, West Virginia], died May 20, 1880 Wyaconda Township, Davis County, Iowa, son of Alexander Sleeth Jr. and Christina Keith. A deed record was not found for Sarah.
E5 Jacob Ulrey, died ca. 1839-1840 Shelby County, Indiana, married possibly March 5, 1818 Warren County, Ohio, Mary "Polly" Shaver, married August 19, 1825 Warren County, Ohio, Phebe Pope, born ca. 1805-1806 Warren County, Ohio, died 1869 Ohio County, Indiana, daughter of Samuel Pope and Phoebe Lee. He and Phebe signed a deed on January 13, 1827.
E6 Elizabeth Ulrey, born May 6, 1803 Ohio, died August 13, 1884 Tipton Township, Cass County, Indiana , married December 11, 1822 Warren County, Ohio, Israel Phillips, born July 18, 1798 Ohio, died June 30, 1880 Tipton Township, Cass County, Indiana, son of Jabish Phillips Sr. and Rhoda Lucas. They signed a deed on January 13, 1827 along with her brother Jacob and sister Margaret. They are buried Anoka Cemetery in Anoka, Indiana.
E7 Rhoda Ulrey, died prior to 1850, married September 10, 1818 Warren County, Ohio, Daniel Babb, born ca. 1790 Virginia. They signed a deed on January 2, 1826. Daniel and his second wife Lucinda unknown were enumerated in 1850 and 1860 living in Sugar Creek Township, Shelby County, Indiana.
E8 Margaret Ulrey, born ca. 1804 Ohio, died between 1860 and 1870 Sugar Creek Township, Shelby County, Indiana, married September 15, 1818 Warren County, Ohio, John S. Pope, died prior to 1850 Sugar Creek Township, Shelby County, Indiana, son of Samuel Pope and Phoebe Lee. They signed a deed on January 13, 1827.
