Will of Abraham Delong
In the name of God Amen.I Abraham Delong of the County of Tuscarawas and State of Ohio being in good bodily health and sound mind and memory calling to mind the frailty and uncertainty of human life and being desirous of setting my worldly affairs and direct how the estate with which it has pleased God to bless shall be disposed of after my decease while I have strength and capacity so to do, do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making null and void all former wills by me made and first I command my immortal being to him who gave it and my body to the earth; my funeral to be conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate.
And as to my worldly estate and all the property both real and personal of which I shall die subject sired and possessed of I devise bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following to wit.
First my will is that all my just debts and financial expenses shall by my executor herein after named be fully paid in the manner herein after named.
Item 2. I give and devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah 'Delong all of my said estate being the farm that I live or reside upon situated and being in the Township of Salem, County of Tuscarawas and State of Ohio and the same being the N fr of lot number 20 in Quarter Township No 6 and Range No 2 and containing fifty acres and all of my personal property of every description to have and to hold the same to her during her natural life if she should survive me.
Item 3. I give devise and bequeath that all the property above described at the death of my said wife shall be divided among my three children Belinda Decker, Wilson S. Fisher and Martha Risher in the manner following: giving Belinda Decker twenty acres of land from the North End of the land territory described giving Wilson S. Fisher fifteen acres of land out of the middle part or next adjoining the part given Belinda Decker giving Martha Risher fifteen acres of land --- of the South end of South the land by -------- to Wilson S. Fisher.
Item 4. I give devise bequeath and direct that my personal estate all except the clothing and bed clothing shall be sold by my executor and the money divided between my son Wilson S. Fisher, two thirds and Belinda Decker one third and the clothing above named to be divided between my Son Wilson S. Fisher and Belinda Decker in the same manner in value.
Item 5. I give my sons Jefferson and Oszias Delong deeds for Ninty five acres of land located in the county of Tuscarawas, Ohio valued at fourteen hundred dollars a few years ago this I consider their full shares of my Estate .
Item 6. I direct and appoint Henry Decker my executor of this my last will and testament and that he collect from the legators herein named the amount of all personal expenses of me and my said wife each together being equal share of all expenses to the settling of my estate.
In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 19th day of April AD 1869.

We John C Plowman and Richard E. Palmer being duly sworn in open Court this 6th day of February AD 1872 depose and sign that we were present at the execution of the last will and testament of Abraham Delong hereunto to -------------- and that we saw the said testator subscribe said will and here publish and declare the same to be his last will and testament and that the said testator at the time of executing the same was of full age and sound mind, memory and not under any restraint and that we signed the same as witnesses at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other,
