GEORGE FISHER WILL IN the name of God Amen I George Fisher of Harrison County, and State of Ohio being weak in body considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound and perfect mind and Memory blessed be almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament on manner and form following that is to say, After all my lawful debts being paid, First I give and bequeath unto my love and beloved wife Esther Fisher one third fare of all my real and personal Estate lying and being situate in the County of Harrison and State of Ohio, so long as she shall live single or remain my widow in my name.--and I do also give and bequeath to all my children the residue and remainder, with one third share of my wife's dower if she should marry again of my real and personal Estate, good and chattels of what kind and nature so ever lying being situate in the County aforesaid equally to be divided between them, and as long as my Wife Easter shall remain my widow she and the children shall live on the improved part of my Plantation and have full privilege of the same until my youngest child shall become of age and then there shall be a sale made and the place or plantation shall be sold and not before. and I do hereby appoint Samuel Buchannon and Thomas A. Beatty to be my Executors of this my last will and Testament here revoking all former wills by me. Witness whereof I have here to sit my hand and seal this fifteenth day of March in the year of One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty One

STATE OF OHIO
Harrison County At a court of Common Pleas held at Cadiz in said Harrison County on the thirty first day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one, personally appeared in open court John Archbold, and Henry Easlick two of the Subscribing Witness to the foregoing last Will and Testament of George Fisher Deceased and upon their solomon oaths did declare that they were present when the Testator George Fisher signed and acknowledged the fore going Will and that they saw him sign and seal the same and heard him pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament and that they believed the Testator to be of sound mind and memory and Judgment at the time of so doing
