Hans Michael Miller (1720-1784)

C4 Hans Michael Miller, born 1720, died 1784. Married Elizabeth (?), born about 1798. There is a Will, in Deed Book D 596, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, Will Book A page 1, which indicates that he was a farmer and names his wife and children. He was a wealthy landowner who had land in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, Frederick County, Maryland and Hampshire County, Virginia, near New Creek now West Virginia. Sometime after his death, Elizabeth moved to a farm on the Conococheagh, near Williamsport, Maryland, with her son John. She left a Will giving some of her estate to the minister at the Beaver Creek Church of the Brethren, for the poor. She states that this was her Society (church).

D1 John Miller, born 1749, died 1821. Married Elizabeth Price.

D2 Rebecca Miller. Married (?) Rench.

D3 Hannah Miller. Married John Kyger.

D4 Mary Ann Miller. Married Abraham Stoner, son of John Stoner and brother of Mary Ann Stoner, the (second wife) of Rev. John Price. They are buried near Waynesboro, Pennsylvania. Eight children.

D5 Susannah Miller. Married (?) Stover, believed to be William Stover.

D6 Michael Miller. He and his sister Hannah Kyger, got their father's farm in Virginia. Today this is Mineral County, West Virginia, on New Creek.

D7 Daniel Miller, died 1822. Married Margaret (?).
